I want to address the issue of the number of households increasing at a slower rate than the population
growth, implying that the number of people (and possibly families) per household has
increased. I want my final design to produce a creative and affordable resolution to this issue. I want a simple yet affective design that has the potential to be adaptable for different situations regarding various increases of person per property. I want this house to be and groundbreaking design potential for other investors to consider when building in similar situations.
