I not going to lie I struggle with understanding the limits and expectations of 'combining' my aesthetic gesture with my model..but after having a one on one with Kate I realised I was taking it all too literally by physically placing my gesture into the model. We decided I needed to stop looking at my aesthetic gesture as just a bed and look into detail at the other aspects of it. It was the idea that my asethetic gesture had a huge aspect of transformability to it, and by realising this I was ble to redo the task with more knowledge of where I was heading.
